Certified Disposition Requests & Background Checks

If you need a certified disposition of your charges from the Laramie Municipal Court, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Complete the Form

Fill out the Request for Background Check Form. This form is required for all certified disposition requests.

Step 2: Include Payment 

  • Fee: $10.00 per defendant
  • Accepted Payment: Cash or check only
  • Important: Requests without the $10.00 fee will not be processed.

Step 3: Submit Your Request

Submit your completed form and payment using any of the following methods:

  • Mail – Send your form and payment to the Court

  • In person at the Court window – Hand-deliver during business hours

  • Court drop box – Place your form and payment in a sealed envelope in the secure drop box at the Court

You can view case details online, including:

  • Docket numbers

  • Charges

  • Citation numbers

  • Case status

  • Active Warrants

Please Note: The Court can only provide information for cases filed in Laramie Municipal Court.
For citations or cases in Albany County Circuit Court, Albany County District Court, or other City or State courts, you must contact those agencies directly.
