2. This request for a public service announcement on Laramie Government & Public Access TV will be granted as appropriate where time and space are available. Laramie Government & Public Access TV will allocate the time available for public service announcements in a fair and equitable manner to those non-profit organizations that would be of interest to the general public in our service area.

4. Announcements

   If you want special pictures, graphic or formatting on your announcement, you can upload a wide screen (16:9) JPEG image containing your announcement. The preferred resolution are "1280 x 720" or "1920 x 1080" (Standard High Definition sizes). We have found that a great way to make these formatted announcements is to use PowerPoint or a similar presentation program. Here is a sample slide made with PowerPoint.

   It is important that the announcements are widescreen like today's TVs. A regular "8 1/2" x 11"" paper announcement does not fit or look good on TV.

   If you want to have a text-only announcement, you can submit the text through this form.

   Programming

   Please provide a download link to the video file you would like for us to play. If your program contains material which requires appropriate rights from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music licensing organizations performers, representatives, copyright holders and any other persons as may be necessary for cablecast, you MUST provide written proof that these rights have been granted. Additional documentation can be emailed to LaramiePublicAccess@cityoflaramie.org.
