Recreational Fires or Chimeneas burning materials other than rubbish are allowed. These fires shall be constantly attended by a responsible person until fire is extinguished. This fire shall not exceed a total fuel area of 3 feet or less in diameter and 2 feet or less in height for pleasure, religious, ceremonial, cooking, warmth or similar purposes. These recreational fires shall not be permitted within 25 feet of a structure or combustible materials.
Charcoal Grills shall be allowed at a minimum of 10 feet from any combustible material.
