Chief Browne began his law enforcement career with the Montclair Police Department in Southern California before transferring to the Anaheim Police Department. Brian has risen through the ranks and retired as a Captain. Chief Browne was sworn in as Chief of the Laramie Police Department in November 2, 2022.
