Laramie City Council Names Interim City Manager
Laramie, WY – October 22nd, 2025 – At the Laramie City Council meeting held on October 21st, the City Council adopted Resolution 2025-86 naming Todd Feezer Interim City Manager beginning December 16th, 2025, when City Manager Janine Jordan takes her leave to be City Manager of Casper, Wyoming.
Feezer has been with the City of Laramie for nearly 10 years after leaving Cheyenne with over 20 years of work in the field of parks & recreation. In 2016, Feezer, left the City of Cheyenne to become Parks and Recreation Director in Laramie. Nearly 4 years later, Feezer was appointed Assistant City Manager when City Manager Jordan opted to fill the vacant ACM position.
Since entering the ACM position, Feezer has developed strong relationships with the staff at the City of Laramie, partner agencies, and community members. Feezer looks forward to building upon those relationships and strengthening Laramie’s position as the “Gem City of the Plains.” Todd is supported by his wife Stacy, daughter Halley, and son Aiden who are all proud Wyoming natives who enjoy everything Laramie and Wyoming has to offer.
Sharon Cumbie, Laramie Mayor, shared her positive outlook on Feezer as Interim CM on Tuesday night, expressing her gratitude for all he’s already done for the City of Laramie and voiced her support for his nomination.
“As Mayor, I’m proud to stand with the Council in appointing Todd Feezer as Interim City Manager. Todd brings a deep understanding of our community, a strong commitment to public service, and a proven track record of leadership,” said Cumbie. “We are confident in his ability to guide Laramie forward with integrity, transparency, and a collaborative spirit. The Council looks forward to working closely with Todd to continue building a vibrant and resilient future for all who call Laramie home.”
Since being appointed ACM, Feezer has worked on a variety of projects, including the recently finished Spring Creek Trail Phase 1 and the Laramie Rotary Clubs Park along with the development of the 3rd Street Beautification Project, the soon to be launched LaBonte Park Pathway & Fitness Station Replacement Project, and the upcoming Spring Creek Trail Phase 2. As Interim City Manager, Feezer expects to continue to learn in his new position and looks forward to the new challenges and projects in his future.
