With the passage of Resolution 2023-27 the Laramie City Council authorized an Open Container Area in Downtown Laramie from the Thursday before Memorial Day (5/25) through the last Sunday in October (10/29). The specific location of the Open Container Area is shown on the map below. the Open Container Area is in effect from 11am to 9pm, Mondays through Sundays. Alleyways are excluded and no glass is allowed outside. Please help by ensuring trash is placed in proper receptacles, reporting underage drinking and preventing over consumption.
