Q. I was wondering if it’s possible to set a specific date for the automated utility payment, e.g., the 2nd or 3rd of each month?
A. Unfortunately, utility payment due dates are system-generated and cannot be changed individually at the account level based on customer preference. The City offers additional convenient payment options that allow more flexibility for our customers, such as 24/7 toll-free phone payments (1-855-276-8970) and one-time online payments with no login required.
