Q. Parking around UW is always a challenge but what I would like to know is who "owns" the streets that surround and go through the UW campus. For example, 19th street and Willett drive, Armory Rd and 22nd street. Are they owned and maintained by UW or are they owned and maintained by the City of Laramie?
A. Regarding the University of Wyoming Campus, the 12th/13th St loop north of Ivinson, Fraternity/Sorority row, King from 15th east, and 19th Street from Willett to Harney are UW streets and maintained by UW.
Streets owned and maintained by the City of Laramie near the UW campus include Willett, Harney, Armory and 22nd.
