Q. Who gave "Blue" Internet permission to begin/dig within the city? Because they have not returned email nor phone calls how do I contact this company? Finally, can Council stop these people from digging in the front right away?
A. Bluepeak was approved as a franchise utility by the Laramie City Council. With this designation, Bluepeak is authorized to install utilities within all City of Laramie rights of way, as well as utility easements. Plans are being provided to the Public Works Department for review. Bluepeak has provided a customer service hotline at 1-855-832-5875.
