Q. There's a multiple unit building next to my house. The tenant/s have dogs that they do not clean up after and their back yard is now, after several weeks of winter snow, full of dog poop as well as various piles of garbage (torn garbage bags strewn around the yard), discarded furniture and tools like broken rakes, hoses, brooms etc. I have not been able to contact the owner who does not live in the building and none of the tenants seem to have his number. What can I do to have him remove the feces and garbage?
