Q. Some high branches of my neighbor's tree hang over onto my property. To prevent potential winter storm hazard, I'd like to get those branches cut. Who is responsible for this? Thanks.
A. Tree and/or tree branch issues that exclusively involve residential property, and not City right-of-way’s, are not under the control of the City. Such issues are to be handled by the property owner’s. If you have further concerns and/or questions, please consult with legal counsel.
