Q. It appears that the Governor is not willing to issue a lock down order to protect the citizens of WY, so if the spread of the Covid19 hits Laramie worse than it has, will the Mayor, or City Manager, or Health Dept. director, or the County Commissioners impose a lock down to protect the citizens of Laramie and Albany County?
Someone needs to stand up and make an order that will not be popular but necessary for our well-being. Who will that be?
