To apply to serve on the Laramie Building Authority please complete an application and return it to the City Clerk's Office via email or in person at 406 Ivinson Ave.


The Laramie Building Authority meets as needed. Location may vary within the City of Laramie campus.

Laramie Building Authority consists of three (3) members for four (4) year terms.

  • Harold Colby - President
    Term expires: December 31, 2025
  • Brad Enzi - Vice President
    Term expires: December 31, 2026
  • Roger Strube - Secretary/Treasurer
    Term expires: December 31, 2027

Board Functions

The Laramie Building Authority is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation formed for the purpose of financing, constructing, owning and operating real and personal property to be used by the City of Laramie, Wyoming.
