Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
RFQ: Phase One - 41T3 Municipal Well Project (October 23, 2020)
Notice is hereby given that the City of Laramie, Wyoming is seeking qualified individuals, firms or teams of professionals, licensed in the State of Wyoming, as outlined in the Request for Qualifications found at the City website http://www.cityoflaramie.com/bids and will be received by the Natural Resources Manager, 405 Grand Avenue, Laramie, WY 82070 until 4:00 p.m. MST, Friday, October 23, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and acknowledged. Professional services solicited by the Request for Qualifications generally include:
The City is solicitating proposals to relocate and re-drill this well into an appropriate easement located within 1,500 feet of the existing well. The new well will be intended to be plumbed into the existing Eastside Tank water line.
Phase One will consist of identifying an appropriate place to install the well and anticipated future infrastructure, (wellhead building, chlorination unit, etc.), communicating with all appropriate regulatory agencies (WYDEQ, WYSEO, etc.) to ensure that all necessary permits and criteria are met and designing a well with specifications that meet all current standards for a municipal well.
A MANDATORY pre-proposal ZOOM meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020.
