The Laramie Regional Airport Joint Powers Board is made up of five (5) members, serving five (5) year terms. Re-appointments are limited to three (3) full terms in addition to any partial term a Board member has served. Members shall be qualified electors of Albany County, Wyoming, and shall be appointed by joint action of the Board of County Commissioners of Albany County and the City Council of the City of Laramie.
The Laramie Regional Airport Joint Powers Board manages the business, affairs, and operation of Laramie Regional Airport. The board also directs and controls the management and operation of Laramie Regional Airport.
