The City of Laramie is pleased to invite you to the 6th Annual Touch a Truck event June 17, 2023!

This free, family friendly event was started by two community-minded mothers who wanted to give their children an opportunity to get up close and personal to some of Laramie’s big equipment and motor-trucks. The City of Laramie Parks and Recreation department realized the fascination by young community members and has endured the Touch a Truck event for all to appreciate and YOU to join with your business.  

This event helps raise money for the Recreation Scholarship Fund, which helping families access recreation programs for their children. We will be hosting the event at the Laramie Ice and Event Center and Recreation Center parking lots again this year.  The Laramie Police Department, Fire Department and other city departments will have vehicles, prizes, and fun activities for Laramie’s youth to enjoy. All sponsors of the Touch A Truck event will receive a free t-shirt, lunch the day of the event, and receive advertisements across social media, banners and t-shirts depending on the sponsorship level.
