Adventure Kids!

This program provides a safe, supervised space where children, grades K-5, are inspired to learn, play, and socialize during after-school hours. Arts and science activities, organized gym games, physical activities such as ice skating and swimming, and a healthy snack are included in the daily schedule. 

Each year, the program begins on the Monday after Labor Day and goes through the last full day of the school year. For the 2023-24 school year, the dates are September 11, 2023 - June 3, 2024. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 3:00-5:30pm, on all days that ACSD #1 is in session. Students from Laramie elementary schools are bused by ACSD Transportation to the Laramie Community Recreation Center, 920 Boulder Drive. Maximum enrollment is 36 children.

Monthly Fee: $289. Unless you'd like to be considered for reduced fees, then click here. 

Registration: Last year's participants are given priority registration, and then all open slots are filled with new applicants. Though the program is currently full for the 2023-24 school year, you can email parksandrecinfo@cityoflaramie.org to request being placed on the waitlist. Once your request is received, you will be contacted by the Program Supervisor.
