Non-Ice Facility Rental
Ice & Events Center Available for Summer Rentals
Looking for a large open indoor space for your next event? The Laramie Ice and Event Center will be available for off-season rentals from April 1-August 31. In the past the Ice and Event Center has hosted everything from graduation parties, weddings and La Grande Fleur to roller derby and MMA events. Events With Alcohol
To rent a portion or all of the Ice and Event Center where alcohol will be served, a Comprehensive Facility Reservation Form will need to be completed.
- Complete area rental - $600 per day, $50 per hour (8 am -11 pm), or $85 for late night event (11:00 pm - 12:00 midnight)
- Damage deposit fee - $400 per rental
- Lobby / concession / catering area rental - $300 per day (8 am - 11 pm), $35 per hour
- Open Container Permit fee - $25 per event, per facility, or for a 24-hour period
Events Without Alcohol
To rent a portion or all of the Ice and Event Center where alcohol will not be served, a
Facility Reservation EZ Form will need to be completed.
- Complete area rental - $500 per day, $40 per hour (8 am -11 pm), or $75 for late night event (11:00 pm - 12:00 midnight)
- Damage deposit fee - $300 per rental
- Lobby / concession / catering area rental - $200 per day, $20 per hour (8 am - 11 pm)
- Meeting room rental - $15 per hour
