Board Responsibilities
The Laramie Plains Civic Center Joint Board:
  • Administers acquisition, financing, renovation, and operation of the Laramie Plains Civic Center
  • Enters into contracts and agreements relevant to operation of the Laramie Plains Civic Center
  • Prepares their annual budget for review by the Laramie City Council and Albany County Commissioners
  • Provides an orderly and economic method of administration of the Laramie Plains Civic Center as a way of providing a central location for --and enhancing enrichment services to-- all members of our community, including cultural, educational, and recreational activities.
